Company party with a funfair theme and gala dinner

A large company party for an international business – an elegant gala dinner in a grand hall that opened, later in the evening, into a colourful funfair room with games, a prize wheel and a cabaret show.

The evening had to hold two very different moods – a classic, beautiful dinner and, right after, a playful, high-energy party – without either one undercutting the other.

A carefully planned flow between the two rooms, dedicated staffing for the funfair stalls, and close coordination with entertainment, lighting and catering all night.

Guests moved naturally from the elegant dinner into the funfair, and the party kept its energy all the way to the last dance.
